Sorry for the lack of posts recently, we have been experiencing technical difficulties!! Here is a whistle stop tour of some of our recent activities.
'Sh' is for Shichigo San. We found out about the Japanese festival which celebrates children turning 3,5 and 7. We made SHakers to help us celebrate!
J is for jewellery - we have been working on our fine motor skills, threading Hama beads on to pipe cleaners, to make jewellery.
We used our maths skills to make repeating patterns on the jewllery.
Everyone has been helping to develop the quad.
Carrying resources.
Building storage.
Organising the area.
We have a lot of work to do but all of your donations are very much appreciated. We still need some large stones and branches!
This week some fairies arrived in the class. Their homes had been distorted in a storm and they asked us to help build some new ones for them.
We made some great homes for them and also used some of our resources to make fairy gardens in the play dough.
We have also started to write our letters to Santa.
Please leave us a comments, we love to read them in class.
