We read the Easter story this week and we have been thinking about eggs and spring.
Bunny rabbits, lambs and chicks in the small world tray.
Eggs and spoons! Joining the eggs together was great for our fine motor skills and keeping the eggs on the spoon really help with out hand to eye coordination and balance! Some children were so impressed they decided to record it all!!
We had eggs to decorate as part of our transient art activities this week. This was great for our fine motor skills too.
We have been writing special messages, look out for them later this week!
Making eggs - counting spots and finding the numbers to make eggs.
Using fine paint brushes to colour by number. We have made some beautiful eggs.
We have also been developing our scissor skills by cutting pictures of Easter eggs. We used rulers to measure them and then we recorded this in our books.
Thanks for reading and we hope you all have a wonderful Easter break.
We made delicious Easter nests and decorated baskets to keep them safe.
